CECIL COUNTY, Md. -- A leading casino operator is considering buying property in Maryland. Penn National Gaming is looking at a Cecil County site that could become one of the state's slots venues.
Penn National Gaming operates at Charles Town races and has slots in West Virginia. However, its bid on the Cecil County property depends on whether the slots referendum passes in November.
