UPDATED: 6:38 pm EDT September 5, 2008

Baltimore County police have arrested a woman who is accused of stabbing an employee at a fast food restaurant in Cockeysville.

Police said two people in a vehicle at the drive-through of a Popeye's Chicken on Cranbrook Road in Cockeysville got into an argument with the restaurant's manager at about 1:15 p.m. Thursday because an employee accidentally spilled a drink on one of the women's laps.

The woman, identified as Danielle Monique Bagby, 42, of Cockeysville, tried to get out of the car but couldn't, so she stabbed the manager through the window and took off, police said.

There is no word on the manager's condition. Police said the manager wasn't the person who spilled the drink on Bagby.

Police arrested Bagby on Friday. She could be charged with attempted second-degree murder.
