Please join The Children's Cancer Foundation, Inc. on Saturday, October 11, 2008 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Wilde Lake High School, 5640 Trumpeter Road, Columbia, Maryland 21044 for the "Children's Fair."

There will be appearances by Elmo and another Puppeteer from Seasame Street, as well as the launching of a new Children's book, "The Paper Bag Christmas."

In addition, there will be entertainment throughout the day, food, vendors, and organizations that provide services for children.

All the proceeds for this event will go to support Building Facilities and Research for Children with Cancer and Leukemia, the number one disease killer of children in the United States.

The Children's Cancer Foundation, Inc. additionally pledged 5 Million Dollars to The Johns Hopkins Hospital to build The Children's Cancer Foundation Pediatric Oncology Impatient Unit in the new Children's Tower at the Johns Hopkins Hospital.
